Return Policy:
If the products that you received are not what you ordered or are not what you expected, please call 1-800-673-7887 to notify us. We will make every attempt to correct the situation. After authorization has been given to return the item, you will be given an RGA#. We will refuse items being returned unless they have an RGA#. The items must be returned in their original packaging. Products may be returned in person or by UPS regular ground service. If there has been damage in the original shipping, it is the purchasers responsibility to inform UPS upon receiving the package. You will then receive reimbursement from UPS.
