TuBro Company in the 2000’s

The ten years between 2000 and 2010 continued the plastic fabrication processes that were developed over the previous decades. However the types of materials that we fabricate expanded to include more exotic materials such as Halar and Kynar. We first worked with these materials when a plastic sheet manufacturer asked us to verify that its material would fabricate properly. We experimented with the material and found that the fabrication processes did work well. The experimentation provided us with practical knowledge for fabricating and welding chemically resistant plastics.

The semi-conductor industry of the early 2000’s was booming and there was a need for chemically resistant products. We began to fabricate chemically resistant plastic splash guards, brush shields and filter housings among other items.

The 2000’s saw the TuBro Company expand our plastic fabrication into a variety of industries. The TuBro Company fabricates housings and guards for medical equipment products as well as medical backboards for EMS companies. We also provide controlled temperature and humidity chambers for environmental control equipment. We continued to manufacture point of purchase displays with an emphasis on convenience store displays such as milk holders, cup holders and creamer holders for coffee stations.

Lastly, the TuBro Company became a distributor for Novus and Brillianize; two high quality plastic cleaner and polishers that can be used for both commercial and residential applications.
