Video of Hot-Air Plastic Welding

In our latest video of plastic welding, we weld two plastic parts together using PVC. We used grey rod on white so you can see the rod and the substrate.

Hot air welding is a very challenging process. You need the correct pressure, speed, surface preparation and angle to get a proper weld. At TuBro we take great care to make sure our welds are clean and strong. All welds are inspected for strength and aesthetics. We make many tanks out of PVC, polypropylene, polyethylene as well as other thermoplastics.
